It was fun to have a party time during the inauguration of my first painting exhibition. Lots of people came and appreciated my efforts. They encouraged me and loved my work and the works of my fellow artists. The first experience of art exhibition is very close to my heart.
As the days passed by, things got serious. Although it was fun to look at my paintings on the walls of a gallery, the sales part was daunting on me. I was too overwhelmed by the whole preparation and hard work that goes into making a painting and arranging for an exhibition.
No matter how fearful I felt with each passing day, I tried and stayed positive most of the time. Finally, just two more days were left for the exhibition to end; it was on the second last day that something made me regain my faith in my paintings.
What particular experience of art exhibition made it a memorable day?
A little girl came to this gallery along with her parents. She ran straight to my paintings and started jumping. She was so happy to see my painting. She just enjoyed herself and kept smiling looking at my painting. She insisted to take a snap of the painting to which I humbly agreed.
This day was special because I felt this incidence was planned. It was no coincidence for me to be present at the time that little girl enjoyed my painting. This experience of art exhibition was planned by the almighty to reassure that things will work out. It was planned to remind me that how paintings can bring joy in people’s lives. It was planned to turn another normal day into a magical one!
